Delivery Policy

 

 

We take great care to ensure that our chilled and frozen products reach you in the best possible condition.

 

All chilled and frozen orders are carefully packed in insulated thermal packaging with ice packs to help maintain the appropriate temperature throughout transit. As deliveries can take approximately 24 hours or longer, it is perfectly normal for frozen products to begin to naturally thaw during transportation.

 

Our priority is to ensure that your products remain properly chilled and within the cold chain throughout the delivery process. Therefore, products may arrive partially thawed or chilled rather than completely frozen. This is a natural part of the delivery process and allows us to maintain the freshness, quality and safety of the products until they reach you.

 

 

As some frozen products may naturally begin to thaw during transit, we recommend ordering only the quantity you are likely to consume within a reasonable period, rather than ordering larger quantities for long-term storage.

 

For this reason, we do not recommend refreezing products once they have started to thaw. Where possible, please order according to your immediate needs and follow the storage instructions provided with your order.

 

We appreciate that receiving a product that is partially thawed may be different from what you might expect when ordering a frozen product. However, please be assured that our packaging and delivery process is designed to maintain the cold chain and keep your products properly chilled throughout transit, so they arrive fresh and in the best possible condition.
