Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Options

All orders placed Monday through Thursday by 11:00 a.m. will be shipped the same day and be delivered the next day. Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. on Friday will be charged extra for Next Day delivery. All orders placed after 11:00 a.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays will be shipped the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

 

We do not make any deliveries during the Weekend.

 

The cargo company reserves the right to change the delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Our shipping partners are APC Overnight and DX Companies. 

 

Free Shipping Options

We offer free shipping on all orders over £50.  

 

Delivery Charge

All orders under £50, will include £5.99 delivery charge. An extra charge of £15.99 will apply for all Saturday deliveries, even if the order is over £50. This originates from contracted shipping companies.

 

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
