How do I place an order?
1. To place an order with us, first find the product you wish to buy.
2. Change the quantity to the amount you would like to buy.
3. Click on the Add to Cart button.
4. When you have Added the products you want, click on Checkout towards the top right of the page. This will show you what you are buying.
5. Enter your address details, phone number and email address.
6. Using the drop down menu under Payment Method select how you would like to pay.
7. To pay using Credit/Debit card - click on which card you are using and then fill in the details required.
8. To pay using PayPal - once you have been transferred to PayPal, login as normal and fill in the details required.

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email from us confirming it, showing your details and listing the products ordered

Same-day delivery Monday to Sunday orders before 12pm
After 12 pm next day delivery

If you reside around the rest of the U.K:

Monday to Thursday orders before 12 pm next-day delivery
After 12 pm the day after tomorrow delivery

Friday orders before 12 pm next day delivery
After 12 pm delivery on Tuesday

Saturday-Sunday orders delivery on Tuesday

What is the minimum order amount?
Minimum order limit is £20 for all purchase

What’s minimum price for free delivery?
Minimum price limit is £50 for free delivery

What is your refund policy?
If your good is missing, damaged, and misplaced; ask for a refund in a polite and formal language. Include details and photo of the product—what was purchased, when, and what the price was. Explain why you want to return the item to our e-mail address: info@robinfood.co.uk
Your refund will be made in 48 hours.

How I can track my order?
Through email, customers will be able to get the tracking number and perform the DHL tracking online. That number is necessary to track the orders that are purchased. You will receive an email notification with all the information and instructions needed to track your orders. DHL provides you a time slot regarding the delivery time for the rest of the U.K.

Same day delivery option is available for orders within Greater London. The hours at which delivery will be made during the day vary depending on the traffic density and force majeure. You will not have to wait for your box at home, as the distribution team in London will call the customer during the delivery and will receive the secure delivery point information.
